About Me
I hail from a lineage of classically trained Indian Musicians, specialising in the devotional chanting of sacred mantras that deeply resonate with listeners. Through sharing my music and the profound wisdom of ancient India and other global traditions, I aim to cultivate joy and forge a connection between you and your Higher Self, naturally extending to the Divine. Since the age of 5, I've immersed myself in vocal and instrumental proficiency, on instruments like the Dilruba and Taus. Over time, I've developed a unique approach to delivering melodies, chants, and ancient narratives that uplift consciousness, paving the way for a brighter, more positive future. This follows the way of the ancient Bards.
My journey with Reiki began in 1998, culminating in attaining the esteemed Master Level. For years, I ran a thriving Reiki Healing practice in South Kensington, London. During Reiki sessions, I've witnessed profound shifts—some immediate and striking, others unfolding gradually over multiple sessions. Each individual's transformation is unique, contingent upon their readiness to engage in self-work. I offer glimpses of the possibilities and provide guidance towards a more positive, fulfilling future or relief from present challenges.
Since childhood, martial arts has been an integral part of my life, earning my first Black Belt in Nicholls Taekwondo in the early 1990s. My exploration led me to Filipino Martial Arts, where I attained the rank of Associate Instructor in Warriors Eskrima. For two decades, I led a highly successful weekly class at Imperial College, alongside bespoke street-defense sessions at the university's Sports Centre. I believe in harnessing the Warrior spirit, which encompasses both masculine and feminine energies. Through specially crafted introductory sessions, I empower individuals to awaken their Inner-Warrior, enabling them to confront life's challenges with resilience and dynamism.

Mystical Mantra Chanting
& Home Blessing
I offer a truly unique experience to transform your home into a sacred space, inviting your loved ones to join in a profound musical journey. Throughout the event, I provide explanations in English, weaving in captivating anecdotes to enrich the sharing of ancient wisdom passed down to me.
Our journey begins with the welcoming of the Divine into our hearts through custom-selected ancient mantras from India, chosen specifically for the occasion. These powerful invocations pave the way for the sacred melodies of Indian Classical Raags, sung against the backdrop of the Dilruba, an ancient string instrument with ethereal notes to set the stage for the ambient music and chanting that follow.
Much of the mantra chanting is interactive, as I pour my heart into singing the various names of the Divine—Ram, Har, Narayan, Allah, Krishna, Santa-Maria, and more. To me, the Divine Light permeates all, and each of these beautiful names resonates with a higher frequency, uplifting the spirits of those present. It's a profound and awe-inspiring experience to witness the transformative power of sound, as attendees often find themselves transported to a state of joy and positivity.
Even if you don't adhere to a specific faith, you can still benefit from the uplifting energy of this musical journey, which opens a portal to higher realms within your home space. The entire session typically lasts about 3 hours, allowing ample time for immersion in the transformative energies.
If you desire, you can also prepare food as a sacred offering for your family and guests—a gesture of blessing that enhances the spiritual ambiance of the gathering, both during and after the session.

Lotus Reiki
Reiki serves as a powerful yet gentle conduit to connect with Source, facilitating the body's innate healing process by inducing deep relaxation. Many clients attest to feeling a profound sense of calmness and inner peace following a session, often emerging with a transformed perspective on their specific issues.
The hour session commences with you reclining fully clothed on a massage table, draped in a blanket to enhance comfort, while we have a brief conversation about the reason for the Reiki and together ask for an outcome from Source.
I act like a bridge, where I open a Portal to create an Energy Field, in which you can receive Light and Healing for yourself. As the Reiki energy is activated in my hands, I gently place them over your head and body slowly maneuvering around the body. Clients often describe feeling a soothing warmth emanating from my palms, further enhancing their state of relaxation and sometimes inducing a deep meditative state. This alignment of body, mind, and soul can leave you feeling not only relaxed but also more positive, confident, and whole.

To experience Master Shamanic Reiki, all you need is a quiet, clean space in your home where I can set up my massage table. The session typically lasts an hour. This serene experience is complemented by gentle Reiki music playing in the background.
Some clients also request a brief home blessing before the Reiki session, during which I recite customised mantras for peace, protection, and the sanctity of your home, family and living space.
TWIN REIKI
Experience the transformative power of Twin Reiki—a truly unique healing session where you receive the soothing energy of not one, but two Reiki Masters simultaneously. In this harmonious encounter, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies intertwine, as both practitioners gracefully guide their hands around your body’s chakra system in perfect synchrony. This enchanting experience can envelop you in deep relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving you refreshed and revitalised.

TASTER REIKI SESSION
You can try Distant Reiki for 30 mins. Once we agree and date and time, you will receive healing energy as you relax in a quiet comfortable space. This can sometimes be a good way to gage if you wish to explore the other therapies I offer.

Warrior Day
I offer an immersive day dedicated to connecting with your Inner Warrior, a transformative journey that taps into the essence of the Feminine Divine. During this personalised experience, you'll spend several hours with me, delving into specialised processes aimed at catalysing a shift in your consciousness. This day is meticulously designed to help you release emotional and energy blockages, whilst empowering you to confront past issues culminating in a fresh perspective and new outlook.
The itinerary for the day is carefully curated to awaken and harness your inner strength. We'll commence with Forest Training, immersing you in the ancient practice of the Dance of the Sword to ground your energy. We'll engage in basic drill work in Warrior Eskrima (Kali) to channel your warrior spirit and empower you through any blockages.
Next, we'll venture to sacred temples, where you'll bask in the potent yet soothing energy sourced directly from the Divine. Here, you'll commune with the essence of the Warrior, learning customised techniques tailored to your unique challenges, and invoking Ancient Warrior Spirits to assist in the forging of your energies.
As part of this journey, we'll engage in a powerful fire ceremony, symbolically releasing old traumas and gaining the resilience needed to confront new challenges with renewed vigour. Finally, we'll culminate the day with a special Warrior Reiki session, drawing energy from the Feminine Divine Source.
This session will be accompanied by carefully selected musical melodies and chants, enhancing the integration of the emerging new version of yourself. You can book further sessions of any therapy you found beneficial from this day.

As our conversation unfolds, you may notice a positive shift in your energy and demeanor, as blockages begin to dissipate and clarity emerges.
Whether the transformation is subtle or profound, by the end of the hour, clients often feel rejuvenated and realigned, gaining a fresh perspective on their challenges compared to when they began.

Charity Fund Raising
A percentage of all fees charged for services on this website will be donated for charity work , namely the Childrens' Charity Variety (www.variety.org.uk). The inspiration for this comes from my mother Surinder Kaur Bharj, who every year took underprivileged and disabled children on holiday with Brent Social Services with the aid of this wonderful charity.
She was the most remarkable, loving, empathic and caring person you could come across. Her encapsulating hug and smile simply melted any pain or suffering you felt! She was a Social Worker in her day job, and a community charity volunteer in her spare time, looking after the needs of everyone around her especially those who had no-one to support them.
