The itinerary for the day is carefully curated to awaken and harness your inner strength. We'll commence with Forest Training, immersing you in the ancient practice of the Dance of the Sword to ground your energy. We'll engage in basic drill work in Warrior Eskrima (Kali) to channel your warrior spirit and empower you through any blockages.
Next, we'll venture to sacred temples, where you'll bask in the potent yet soothing energy sourced directly from the Divine. Here, you'll commune with the essence of the Warrior, learning customised techniques tailored to your unique challenges, and invoking Ancient Warrior Spirits to assist in the forging of your energies.
As part of this journey, we'll engage in a powerful fire ceremony, symbolically releasing old traumas and gaining the resilience needed to confront new challenges with renewed vigour. Finally, we'll culminate the day with a special Warrior Reiki session, drawing energy from the Feminine Divine Source.
